Using the Paint.net MSI package via Intune didn’t allow the software to install. embedded into the intunewin file is an install.bat and uninstall.bat file. This file calls the MSI file which is also embedded into the intunewim file with the correct MsiExec commands to install the application, as well as remove the application.

The rest you can keep as default.
